Double check the shipping address upon completion of a transaction! If the customer makes a mistake by entering an incorrect shipping address, the customer is responsible for paying additional shipping fees in order to resend returned packages. Unreturned packages that get lost in the mail due to an incorrect address are nonrefundable.

 

Tree Huggers Co-op will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange. The customer must pay the return shipping cost and the cost to ship any exchanged goods back to you.

 

Allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed. The customer will receive an email when the return has been processed. Tree Huggers Co-op will credit the customers' original form of payment for returns mailed within 30 days of the shipping date.

 

All refunds are credited to their original method of payment used to make the purchase.

 

Note: If you paid with PayPal and want credit back to your account, you must return your merchandise to the store for a refund.

 

Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and choose your own shipping method.
